The OSECO FLCOS
is a combination rupture disk and sensor. It is easy to install and fits between standard ANSI Flanges. The Uni-body construction makes the FLCOS the
most rugged and dependable disk/sensor on the market today.
The FLCOS is suggested for applications in which the normal operating pressure does not exceed 50% of the rated burst pressure.
The FLCOS has a standard 316 Stainless Steel center membrane that controls the burst pressure and is also the sensor circut. (Contact Advanced Rupture Disk Technology for other metals.)
The stainless steel center membrane is lined on both sides with a Teflon liner to form a
corrosion resistant anti-stick barrier. Klingersil C-4401 ring gaskets are standard and attached to both sides to form the completed assembly.

Specifications:
- Continuity-type Sensor: Normally closed; alarm condition is an open circuit.
- Supply Voltage: Any supply voltage - i.e. 24VDC, 110 VAC, 220VAC may be used provided current is limited to 150mA maximum.
- Resistance: Maximum pre-burst = 3 ohms.
- Current: 150mA maximum.
- Cable: 6’ with PVC connector provided.
- Simple Apparatus: May be installed in a hazardous location only in an instrinsically safe circuit.
- ASME Code: OSECO meets or complies with all applicable ASME code requirements.
