Tornado™ Technologies has had extensive experience in controlling vapors of many types. The Tornado™ Technologies Accu-Set Gas Blanket Controller is another product that has been developed to assist in controlling these vapors more accurately and economically. The Tornado™ Technologies Accu-Set Controller is a diaphragm controlled micro-valve. As the pressure in the tank is applied to the diaphragm, it lifts the diaphragm and control linkage. The linkage is connected to a micro-valve that actuates a control valve in the blanket gas supply line. This approach is very simple, dependable and accurate with repeatability. The Accu-Set System is very user friendly, easy to maintain, and reduces blanket gas consumption due to the positive shut off of supply gas control valves.
