The Tornado™ Auto Venturi System is designed to boost up your vapor header pressures to a level that will allow it to travel further distances and resist higher back pressures. Tornado™ Technologies accomplishes this by using high pressure drive gas to operate a venturi. The drive gas is controlled by a diaphragm and a micro-valve. When your tank pressure exceeds acceptable levels, the diaphragm trips the micro-valve and turns on the high pressure drive gas to force and draw the vapors from the storage tank or tanks. Once the tank pressure is reduced, the micro-valve will automatically shut off the drive has to prevent an over vacuum condition on the tank. This cycle is fully automatic and is controlled by tank pressure.

This is a very user friendly and economical way to control vapors in storage systems. No electrical power is required and pressures to 1 PSI discharge can be achieved.
