TFS Series 2000
Pressure/Vacuum Relief Valves

Introducing the TFS Series 2000 Pressure/Vacuum Relief Valve - a truly unique product for vapor control. The heart of this product is a unique seal called the counter force, pressure suspended valve sealing assembly. This sealing assembly affords the lowest leak rate in the industry while also improving set point crispness and accuracy, also extending the life expectancy due to the air cushioned ride of the Counter Force Pressure Suspended Valve Assembly. What does all this mean? Savings! Savings on product loss, savings on blanketing gas costs, savings on maintenance and rebuilding costs due to the easily replaceable seats on scheduled maintenance programs, and also a reduction in air pollution due to superior sealing system that we all benefit from now - and in the future

The Series 2000 is an end of line design that protects your storage tanks from over pressure or vacuum while filling, emptying, expansion, or contraction. The Series 2000 relieves the over pressure gases into the weather hood or pipe away lines from where it dissipates or is transferred. The dead weight design insures accuracy and repeatability of set points. Normal set points 1/2 oz. For set points above 1/2 oz. to 2 PSI, please consult factory. Before ordering, please review ordering data sheet to ensure that you receive the required product. The Tornado™ Technologies Counter Force Pressure Suspended Pallet Assembly has proven to set new standards in high percentage of set point leak rate. We have achieved what we believe is the best achievable low leak rate for a deadweight valve. Using a 6” mid-sized valve complete with the Counter Force Pressure Suspended Pallet set at .525 oz./pressure, 98% of set point required a .3 scfh of flow to maintain 98% of .525 oz. Tornado™ has received independent verification of these leak rates.
