The Tornado™ Sure Stop Detonation Flame Arrestor assures that you, your personnel, and equipment are getting the best protection against damages caused by flame propagation in flare or vapor recovery lines; resulting in explosions in tanks and storage systems.

The Tornado™ Technologies End of Line Detonation and Standard Flame Arrestors group can be arranged in many different configurations. The ESD and Knockout Drum Combination has been designed and tested by Tornado™ Technologies to prevent the flooding of flare stacks and tanks, which costs many dollars to clean up, and may cause environmental mishaps, grass, or crop fires. These Knockout Drums are available in all types and sizes.

The vapor transfer pump works on very low positive pressure created by breakout in the production or storage tanks. The advantages of these systems are: they are safer; no explosions; tank tops last longer because of no air intake. It is totally self-governing, at very minimal pressures.

The Tornado™ Tank Vapor Recovery Compressor is an electric or gas driven over hydraulic driven variable speed single stage compressor that will monitor tank pressures down to 1/2 ounce. Custom designs are available to suit many special requirements.

Tornado™ System’s Tuff & Tight Fastening System has been designed to resist harsh and high heat conditions  when used in securing a ceramic fiber blanket to the wall of enclosed combustion systems.
